Share It One More Time Link Party and Features #5

Good morning everyone and Happy Halloween.
I can hardly wait till tonight to see all the kiddies in their costumes.  Papa and I always have so much fun passing out candy and goodies.  But today is also Saturday - Yay that means it's time for the Share It One More Time Link party.  Can't wait to see what you all have to link up as you always amaze me with your awesome projects.  But before we get on with the party I'd like to show you what I was up to this week...

It's definitely starting to get a little cooler in the evenings here and with all the rain that makes it feel even more so.  So what better time than now to have a warm cozy Crochet Granny Square Afghan to cuddle up with.  Check it out - it's simple and easy to make.
So now without further ado Lori of Designthusiasm is going to share this week's features with you.

Crochet Granny Square Afghan

Today I would like to share an afghan with you that I just finished.  It's a large crochet granny square afghan that is so simple a beginning crocheter could easily make this one in very little time.

Vintage Vignette for Fall

Hi everyone.  Can you believe Halloween is this Saturday - my how these days are flying by.  It will soon be time to start getting things ready for Christmas.  I'm not sure I am ready for this as it seems January was just last week.  However it is still Fall and today I am going to share a Vintage Vignette for Fall that I did in our hallway.

Share It One More Time Link Party and Feature #4

Welcome back Share It One More Time friends!
We are so thrilled you have stopped by to party with us - and boy do you all know how to party!  Last week we had the most awesome crafts, DIY, recipes and projects that it was hard to choose the features.  But before we start the party I would like to share a project I did last week.
I actually joined in two blog hops - one was the A Dose of DIY  in which we each made a Fall Centerpiece.

The second blog hop I joined with 80 other bloggers to bring you all Home for Fall.

Blue Pumpkin Centerpiece

I was out thrift shopping a couple of weeks ago when I ran across these very cool ceramic pumpkins.  Now, granted, they didn't look like much in the thrift store - being all brown and shiny but, I knew I could make them something totally different that would fit into the decor of our home.  Most of my Fall decor is done with the amazing colors Mother Nature sets before us at this time of year - yellows, oranges, rusts, and browns. But, sometimes I like to switch things up a bit.  This year I am doing a lot of neutrals in my living/dining room with some touches of blue.  So, I decided to paint these not so pretty brown pumpkins blue.

Hi everyone.  After all the rain we received two weekends ago would you believe it rained most of the day again this past Saturday. The weatherman stated that South Carolina is officially out of its drought conditions now. I would hope so after all this.  Anyway, today I thought I would share a little BOO Sign that Miss A and I did on Saturday to pass the boredom brought on by all the rain.

Fall Mantel for 2015

Good morning everyone.  Cooler temperatures have found their way here and although it isn't cold it's definitely better than the high 80's we were having.  Fall was far from my mind this year as most of you know. However,  I love Fall so much I had to incorporate it into our home. So simplicity was my main goal.  Today I am going to share our 2015 Fall Mantel with you.
