Since this is Throwback Thursday and tomorrow is our 45th wedding anniversary I thought I would share a really old pic with you all. This is a snapshot of us on our wedding day. Our professional wedding pics were lost in a fire at the photographers. So, this is what we have.
Anyway, take a look at the style, lol.... crew cuts, bow ties, winged glasses with a glare from the flash, bouffant hair styles - we really thought we were stylin'. So fun to look back on those long ago days.

Congrats on your 45th anniversary! Love the picture! We celebrated our 45th on the 26 of July. It's amazing how styling evolves around the date and time. My dress looked so similar to yours with the lacy long sleeves and neckline. Sorry to hear your professionally done pictures burned up. Our hired photographer didn't bother to show up and we had to rely on pictures taken by our family and friends. It sure doesn't seem like it's been all those years. Time flies when you're having fun!
