Succulents in Upcycled Dollar Store Pots

Written by: Cathy Carroll, Vintage, Paint and more...

Good morning, friends...
This morning I am going to bring you a quick and easy little project
that is just perfect for Spring...
I have been in the gardening mood
but,
have not been able to do much yet.
So, I decided to make a little "garden" inside for now.

Good Morning friends,
I am a little behind on posting
but,
wanted to tell you to hang in there with me...

With the Easter holiday, spring break and being a bit under the weather -
I have not gotten my projects completed.
There are several that are near done
but,
not enough to post yet.
I am also in the middle of a rather large project
that involves
moving three entire rooms around, rearranging and repurposing
those rooms.
What a job that has turned out to be
and
probably won't be completed for a while.
Plus, I still have the kitchen to show you.
I am also planning on doing some tweaking in the dining room...
So, stay tuned because fun things are coming....
What fun and exciting things have you been up to lately?
Tell us about it in the comments below -
I love reading what you have to say and answer each and every one of them
through e-mail.

Don't want to miss all the fun?

Spring in a Cloche

Today I thought I would bring you another little touch of Spring.
I don't know about you but I am needing it.
This week is Spring break for the kiddos
and
Mother Nature has not cooperated at all.
On Sunday they were swimming in the pool
and
on Monday the rain and the cold came.
Now it's so chilly you have to wear a jacket outside
and
swimming is out of the question.
So, I decided to make a little Spring in my cloche to help us
remember it is - in fact, still Spring

Framed Wreath

I thought I would bring you a quick little project today.
I have seen framed wreaths of all sorts in lots of places lately
and have fallen in love with them.
They are so cute and they looked simple enough to make
so, I decided to make one for myself.
This quick, sweet little project was so easy
I knew you all would love it also.
So, I am sharing my version of
the framed wreath.

Tweak It Tuesday - Book Page Columns

Written by: Cathy Carroll

Today I am going to start a new weekly series - Tweak It Tuesday.
This is a series that will spotlight posts and/or projects I have done in the past and for whatever reason have decided to tweak them by taking better pictures, updating the content and or showing new ways to use them.I am going to start the series with my Decorative Book Page Columns I made in February of 2012.  Even though they are two years old I still use them all the time in my decor.  Because they have appeared so much  I have several requests as to how these were made and thought I would give you a little updated tutorial on them...

Spring Entryway

Written by: Cathy Carroll

After the New Year I took all the Christmas decor
out of the entryway.
I never added anything else to it
so,
it has been quite blah out there these last few months.
I decided since Spring has hit full force here it's time to do something
about that blah entryway.
So, today I am going to show you my
Spring Entryway.
