Welcome to South Carolina

Hi Everyone - this is my very first post of my very first blog - yeah me.....
I am writting this blog so I can keep in touch with my family and friends that live so many miles away.
It's hard to believe it's been a year come March since we moved here......
But, that it has.  Retiring, moving, becoming full time stay at home grandparents and learning to cook
has been quite a transition for Papa and me.  But, I have to admit it has been a lot of fun and I am completely enjoying life as should be enjoyed.
Spending afternoons with Papa and Miss A - doing homework....

Taking walks along the river in the park.....

                                  visiting the Boardwalk and

                                                                                                watching the waves roll in,

golfing (as this area is renowned for it's golf courses)

                                                        NAPPING...... (oh, yes)

SHOPPING (let's go.....)

or cleaning
OMG what happened here????

We want to share our days with you whether it be working, playing, accomplishing goals or just relaxing in the sun - we invite you to come along.

Check in often for new stories of Miss A and Papa's antics, fun times in the Carolina's and day to day living with the retired grandparents.  Comment on what you see and share your thoughts and good times with us.  This way we can still be close though so far apart.  Looking forward to hearing from each and everyone.

                                                                       Love and miss ya all,
                                                                              Cathy
